Truro Office gets Registered with CQC!

The Truro office in Cornwall has gained its registration with the Care Quality Commission to provide personal care within your own home. Our Registered Manager Mrs Clare Rowe is now able to meet with individuals to guide you through the process of private care and support in a person centred way. Heart of the South now ask all staff to complete profiling sheets, on likes, dislikes and essential things for that person, this enables us to ensure our member of staff is placed in the situation they have the most experience for and feel the most comfortable. We complete profile sheets for all staff with photographs, DBS number and qualifications for providers records. All our staff immediately commence induction training on employment, and all commence NVQ training at their current level. Click for more »

Free Training

Heart of the South Care offer training to NVQ and equivalent and other care related courses. The majority of our carers have been with us for over two years and see their role as a job for life.
