Reporting to the Director you  will be responsible for the day to day running of our care service. We are a caring, kind, professional agency with a "good" rating on our CQC inspection.

It is the responsibility of the Registered  Manager to enure good organisation of  the day to day running of the service provision through the Policies, training, supervision and guidance provided by the Company.

It is the responsibility of the Registered Manager to achieve the aims and objectives of the Company and achieve the level of quality in the service provided to the Service Users in accordance with the Company’s Quality Assurance Policy.

It is the responsibility of the Registered Manager to market the services provided by the Company and liaise with Service Managers, prospective Service users, health professionals and other agencies connected with training and development of the service. It is the responsibility of the Registered Manager to bid for packages day/night and 24 hour after checking our availability and commencing those packages.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To be responsible for all Domiciliary care provision and residential settings for Children with and without special needs, young adults, adults and elder care based in their home and with the service provided by us.

To carry out on-call duties as per our rota, normally one in two .

Job role involves: supporting with personal care and meal preparation; assisting with life skills and socialising, and general organisation; supporting to do tasks like the weekly shop and attend any appointments; empowering individuals make informed decisions that are right for them; enabling individual's to reach their fullest potential; offering emotional support to reduce any anxieties that people may suffer with, and all the while ensuring that the individual remains as much in control of their lives as possible. Maintaining the dignity of our service users is a must, as well as remaining respectful at all times. We strongly believe in empowering our service users to maintain a fulfilled lifestyle which is completely person centred and specifically adapted to suit them. Our employees must be able to follow all guidelines and protocols that are put in place.

We support people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autistic spectrum conditions and elderly people.

We are looking for compassionate and motivated applications who can work well in a team as well as on their own, either in an individual's private home or a residential setting. The applicant must have good communication skills to work alongside family members and healthcare professionals when required.

Experience of working in a care and support setting is not essential, however you must have an understanding and friendly personality to work in a person centred way with all our service users.

As an agency, we can offer you the flexibility to choose shifts that fit in with any other commitments you may have.

We offer excellent rates of pay, paid weekly, £9.75 per hour depending on qualifications and experience, including enhancements for waking nights, weekends and bank holidays. Mileage pay is also available.

The possibility to undertake NVQ Level 2 & 3

We have a 24/7 on call service to offer support whenever required, and provide great training.
